Custom & Personalized Items
All personalized and custom-made magnets are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded.
This includes:
- Personalized Fridge Magnets
- Business Card Magnets
- Invitation Magnets
- Any other custom-designed products
Please carefully review your order details, including spelling, design, and quantity before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided information.
Standard (Non-Personalized) Items
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a standard, non-personalized item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Items must be in their original packaging
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
- Description of the issue
We will review your claim and, if approved, will send you a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your refund. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
